Text: The testimony in the divorce case of Nina E. Gargett against F. H. Gargett was heard by Judge Reed Thursday. The wife, who was formerly Miss Nina Fowler, testified that after living with her husband several months he seemed to tire of her and told her to go to her home in Berlin Heights. The court reserved its decision but allowed the plaintiff $15 attorney fees and increased the temporary alimony from $3 to $5 a week.
