Mrs. Wakefield, who died Friday in Wesley Memorial Hospital, was the wife of Ernest H. Wakefield, president of Linear Alpha Corp., an electronics firm at 823 Emerson St., Evanston. She also is survived by a son John F.; a daughter, Ann Mary; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Overholt; and a brother.
